i found many beautiful landmarks within a walkable distance from the hotel. the transportation service to and from the airport was perfect for me. the room was quiet and very well equipped. i especially recommend gallo matto for an authentic italian dining experience.
we were given only one key for the room when we checked in. i accidentally left that one key inside the room. they gave us two keys when we came back later.

the location suited my needs perfectly. i could reach the main attractions pretty easily.
The lack of soundproofing was a joke. I could hear every cough and conversation next door. also, trying to get an early morning coffee reminded me of negotiating a peace treaty, with extra charges lurking around every corner. seriously, they acted like i was trying to steal the place.

The hotel is close to so many key attractions. i walked to the colosseum and several restaurants easily. the staff was helpful. They explained the ztl rules. breakfast was good. I liked that it was delivered to my room.
the bathroom had some humidity stains on the walls, and it did smell a bit musty.
